For Coaches & Studios
The wellness coach app that works between your sessions
The hour with you changes people. The other 167 hours are where the change sticks or slips. This is a branded self-care app your clients carry with them: your name, your colors, and the practices you teach, ready whenever they need them. Everything on it is live in the demo right now.
What coaches get out of it
Homework that clients keep
Breathing sessions, thought reframes, affirmations, calming sounds, and a mood check-in, all in one place under your name. The practices you assign in session live where your clients already are: their phone.
Your brand on the home screen
Clients install your app, not a marketplace app with your profile in it. Every open reinforces that the calm came from working with you.
Nothing for you to secure
Client moods and journal entries stay on the client’s device. You never hold their data, so there is no privacy posture to maintain and nothing to disclose. What they share in session is their choice.
A tracker that sells continuity
Streaks and mood history give clients visible momentum between sessions, which is exactly the argument for staying engaged with you month after month.
Common questions
Is this practice-management software?
No. There is no scheduling, no client messaging, no billing, and no client list. Tools like those manage your practice; this app is what your clients use between sessions. Most coaches run both side by side.
Can I see my clients’ progress?
Only if they show you. Nothing is transmitted to you or to us; their tracker lives on their device. Many coaches open sessions by asking clients to pull up their mood history, which keeps consent exactly where it belongs.
What does it cost for a coaching business?
The standard license: $10,000 to $15,000 setup plus a care plan from $250 a month, with no per-client fees. Your web app is typically live within about a week of brand assets and sign-off; a Google Play listing takes a few weeks longer.
Can the tools match my method?
Names, descriptions, colors, and which tools appear are all per-brand configuration. Deeper changes, like your own exercise content or a new tool, are scoped as custom development.
Full inclusion list and pricing are on the white-label license page. Your own exercises or a custom tool are a development services conversation.
