For Employers & HR
A corporate wellness app your employees will actually trust
Most workplace wellness apps fail twice: employees won't sign up, and the ones who do wonder who is reading their data. This platform removes both problems. There is no signup, and there is no data collection to worry about. Try it yourself on the live demo before you talk to us.
Why it works for workplaces
Adoption without accounts
Employees open a link or scan a QR code and the app just works. No signup wall, no password resets, no IT tickets. The biggest killer of workplace wellness programs is friction, and this platform has none.
No employee data, anywhere
Every tool runs in the browser on the employee’s own device. Moods, journal entries, and streaks never leave it. There is no admin database of employee mental-health signals, which means nothing for your security team to review and nothing for a breach to expose.
Your brand, not ours
The app carries your company name, colors, and domain. It reads as a benefit you built, and it installs to the home screen like any native app.
Non-clinical by design
Coloring, breathing, calming sounds, affirmations, a reframing game, and a private tracker. Educational and recreational, with crisis language routed to real help lines. It complements an EAP; it does not replace one.
What we deliberately don't do
No engagement dashboards, no individual usage tracking, no single sign-on, no data exports about your people. Vendors sell those features because employers ask; employees quietly opt out in response. We built the opposite trade: a benefit people actually use because it asks nothing of them. If your program needs surveillance metrics, we are the wrong vendor, and we would rather tell you that here than after a sales call.
Common questions
Can we see which employees are using it?
No, and that is deliberate. There are no accounts and no server, so there is nothing to report on individuals. If your program requires per-employee engagement metrics, this is not the right platform. What you get instead is a benefit employees can trust precisely because nobody is watching.
How do employees get it?
A link on your intranet, a QR code in the break room, or an entry in your benefits portal. It works in any browser, installs to the home screen, and an Android store listing is available if you want one.
What does it cost?
The same flat license as any brand: $10,000 to $15,000 setup plus a care plan from $250 a month. No per-employee pricing, so a 40-person studio and a 4,000-person company pay the same.
What about HIPAA and privacy review?
The platform collects no personal or health data, which makes the privacy review short. It is non-clinical wellness content, not a medical device or a covered-entity service. Your legal pages ship with the appropriate disclaimers.
